Lace Smith
Co-Pastor
Co-Pastor Rhonda Lovelace Smith, affectionally known as Lace, is a devoted spiritual leader, First Lady, author, and visionary. She serves alongside her husband at Move International Ministries in Fredericksburg, VA. With a voice rooted in truth and compassion, she is committed to guiding women toward healing, purpose, and divine transformation.
She is the founder of Ladies First Ministries and Ladies First Project, LLC—an umbrella platform that houses her movement, message, and marketplace initiatives rooted in biblical wisdom and feminine strength. Through her book, Excuse Me, Ladies First, her boutique, La’Fi Boutique, and her serene retreat space, First Bloom Co., Co-Pastor Lace curates spaces—both physical and spiritual—where women can bloom into their full potential.
Known for her prophetic insight and nurturing spirit, she speaks life into every room she enters. Her messages blend truth, tenderness, and transformation, reminding women that surrender leads to blooming, and brokenness is never the end of her story.
In addition to her ministry work, Co-Pastor Lace Smith also leads in the marketplace as EVP, CSO + First Lady of All In One Moving & Storage, and as the Owner of Smith Moving & Logistics. Alongside her husband, Pastor Anthony Smith, she is building a legacy through movement—both physically and spiritually—serving as the heart behind #MoveNation, a kingdom-minded vision for generational shift, economic empowerment, and divine direction.
Whether preaching from the pulpit, mentoring one-on-one, or curating sacred spaces, Co Pastor Lace Smith is a living testament to the beauty of becoming. She is a wife and mother of four children: Sebastian Antonio, Sage Arianna, Skyler Antanias, and Seven Arrington. Co-Pastor carries a mantle to shift atmospheres, break cycles, and help women bloom from within.
WE ARE THE MOVE OF GOD.
