Through preaching, teaching, leadership development, and global outreach, this ministry is committed to building strong believers, strong families, and strong churches.  This is not personality-driven ministry—it is presence-driven.  Where the Word is taught with clarity.  Where lives are transformed by the Spirit.  Where cities are awakened and nations bloom.

She sees her worth.  She proclaims her treasures.  She blossoms.  Led by Co-Pastor Lace Smith, Ladies First Ministries is a global movement committed to restoring identity, cultivating leadership, and awakening purpose in women of every generation.  We exist to disciple women spiritually, develop them practically, and position them confidently—in ministry, in business, in family, and in culture. This is not simply a gathering of women. It is a leadership incubator. A healing room. A training ground. A sending place.  Through transformational encounters, conferences, mentorship cohorts, leadership intensives, and outreach initiatives, women experience the presence of God in ways that awaken boldness, clarity, and conviction. These encounters are sacred spaces where chains break, voices rise, and purpose is ignited.  When a woman understands her identity, she transforms her home.  When homes are transformed, cities are awakened.  When cities are awakened, nations bloom.  Ladies First is not about position.  It is about women restored, refined, and rooted deeply enough to bloom wherever they are  planted.  And when she blooms, everything connected to her flourishes.

Built with strength. Led with integrity.  Men Who Move is a brotherhood of men committed to spiritual growth, leadership, discipline, and legacy. This ministry challenges men to rise—as husbands, fathers, leaders, and builders—grounded in biblical truth and accountability.  We develop men who move with conviction, protect their homes, lead with wisdom, and build for generations to come.

Faith. Strategy. Ownership.  The Movement Project is our economic development initiative designed to equip individuals and  families with practical tools for financial growth, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and generational wealth building.  We believe transformation is both spiritual and economic. We teach stewardship, ownership, business development, and sustainable growth—empowering people to move from survival to stability and from stability to significance.

Provision with dignity.  The Warehouse serves as a central hub for resources, supplies, and community support. From food and essential goods to emergency assistance, this initiative ensures that no family is forgotten in their time of need.  We don’t just give—we restore hope.  The Warehouse stands as a reminder that God still provides.

One act. One home. One family at a time.  The One Project exists to meet immediate needs through direct, practical impact. Through our Fill the Fridge initiative, we provide groceries and essential supplies to families facing hardship—quietly, compassionately, and consistently.  But our reach does not stop at the doorstep.  We have partnered with local shelters, fed the homeless, and served families in our own backyards and across the globe. Whether around the corner or across nations, we respond with action—not just words. Sometimes transformation begins with something simple:  A stocked refrigerator.  A warm meal.  A reminder that someone sees you.  We believe one act of obedience can shift a life.  And one life can impact a city.

Money with a Mission is our housing and transitional support initiative focused on building homes and assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness.  We are committed to creating pathways from crisis to stability through transitional housing, development projects, and long-term restoration planning.  We believe housing is more than shelter—it is dignity, safety, and the foundation for rebuilding a life. We don’t just move resources.  We move people into restoration.

Missions + Outreach is the heartbeat of our call beyond the walls. We are committed to serving families in our own communities while extending the love of Christ to cities and nations around the world.  Through local partnerships, disaster response, community initiatives, and international missions, we  respond where there is need—spiritually, practically, and compassionately.  We believe outreach is not an event.  It is a lifestyle.  Whether feeding the hungry, supporting shelters, equipping leaders abroad, or mobilizing teams for global service, we carry the same mandate everywhere we go: to reveal the love, power, and presence of Jesus Christ.  When we move, hope moves.  When hope moves, lives are restored.  When lives are restored, cities are awakened.  And when cities are awakened, nations bloom.  Together, we move for one as we would a million.  No life is too small. No nation is too far.  We move where we are called and where we are sent—for families in our communities, for cities, for nations, and abroad.
